so please in case if keypad is not working in Sony Ericsson W550 you should check this area clean the jack and key pad ic with cleaner and leave it to dry for a few mints so that it can be dry and wet.if problem is not solved apply little hot with hot area and you may have to change this ic with new one if it can not be solved with only re hot and resold process.
