if nokia n80 is not getting power on and making charging it means it a fault of on off switch.so check nokia n80 with a charger and if charging butt not become power on then make these jumpers and check these parts that are indicated in posted diagram.

be careful because form resistance power switch links goes to main ic so if this print is broken then its to hard to make it repair in switch on off problem.
