this is a diagram to solve mic problem in nokia 5610.in this diagram i will teach you that how we can jumper a normal two leg mic in place of four leg nokia mic.in this diagram you can see two points are ground one mic print will be used for this.

and the second print will be used in the second point and between second and third point we have to use a 4k resistance as indicated in diagram.
