it is a solution to solve blinking lcd in nokia 3110.so take a look at this diagram which is given with this diagram.so please clean all these parts that are indicated in diagram with any electronics cleaner and leave the board to dry for a few mints.

after a few mint when it is hot and dry check if not solve then change display ic and also a few parts that are shown in diagram.
