in first diagram as you can see we have to check charging base if it is short or have some rust then we have to remove it in first step so if you find this base water damage or such any problem then clean it with electronics cleaner and then leave it to dry for a few mint under electrical bulb.
in next step check this small resistance and change this for charging problem in nokia e52.
