so change lcd and check if lcd is not working then check its strip and also check these ic parts and near by area if there is any water rust etc.you can resold these parts and if problem can not be solve then you can remove ic and make these jumpers as shown in diagram attached with this post.pins are define in white color and also a pink color is used to show jumpers.to solve display problem in nokia 6600 slide.
