So change ringer and check it.In above diagram there are two red and blue lines.These lines show ringer function tracks check them with electronic meter and if any print is missing apply jumpers as given in diagram.
Some time it can be cause of non proper fitting of ringer so check its fitting also when assembling Nokia 110.red and blue lines in diagram shows positive and negative links.
