In above diagram you can see there are three main parts that are indicated for keypad problem solution in Nokia X2-02. So apply electronics cleaner and clean it smoothly. Once it is clean apply heat for a few mints so that it can be dry.
If by the above Keypad Issue can not be solve you can remove these three parts that are under line with red color.
