In above diagram you can see Red and Blue lines.These lines are defining negative and positive tracks of charging.So follow these tracks check them with electronics meter and apply jumpers if any of them is missing.
If some parts are missing or damage you have to replace them also to solve not charging fake charging or charging not save problem in Nokia X2-02.
