If Clock Ic in Nokia Asha 200 is not working proper it can be the cause of hanging in it, So make sure there is not any rust water damages, Resold the clock ic in Nokia Asha 200 and if Hang problem can not be solve then replace this Ic which is identified with red line in above diagram.
You may have to apply heat on other parts that are identified in it with red lines.
