When we plug in charging pin and it shows notification charger test. It can be due to water damages , shortage of components. So as usual in first step we will try to solve with changing the charger adopter with original one. In second step we will try to use original battery and the next step will be about dis assemble the phone and check these points if they are water damage or have carbon or rust on them.
Make them clean with electronics cleaner and apply heat to make them dry. Check these two point as shown in diagram if you find them short then remove the charging jack and replace it new one. Hope it will help you to solve the charging problem in all phones.
