After disassembling Sony Xperia Z2 look at mother board carefully and if you find any water damages or rust on the board make it clean with electronics cleaner and apply heat with hot air so that it can be dry.
Make these jumpers as shown in above diagram. Red lines indicating track where you have to apply jumpers.
