Verizon confirms there will be a 5G-enabled Galaxy Note 10

On Wednesday, Hans Vestberg, CEO of Verizon, explicitly mentioned the upcoming 5G devices for the carrier's stores. Among them, the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, the LG V50 ThinQ, then the mention of the note.

We previously covered a report that the next Note device would be offered in four variants: two 4G and two 5G versions. Among these rumors were two different display sizes, which Samsung had never done before - unless you counted the Galaxy Note 4 and the Note Edge, which had technically different screen sizes for totally different reasons .

Anyway, if you're looking to get a flagship product from the Samsung Galaxy 5G, you'd better wait until the note arrives, since 5G coverage is still extremely limited in its current state. You will also pay a premium for 5G at an early stage with no immediate benefit unless you are in a 5G coverage area in operation.

For those interested, the Galaxy S10 5G arrives in Verizon (1,2) on May 16th.

We should know more about a Galaxy Note coming in the next few weeks, maybe on the whole fiasco of Galaxy Fold.
